Poly’s Place Opening
After two years of planning, building, and brewing, Poly’s Place Coffee is finally open!
On November 1st we were finally ready to greet friends and family with our soft opening; and share with them the vision we’d once had, now here for all to enjoy!
Little did we know, the handful of cars parked outside, sparked the interest of passersby. Our neighbors dropped in, and messages were sent. The word spread like wildfire: “You’ve got to see this place!” In no time at all, Poly’s was buzzing with newcomers galore! Groups of all ages and excitement in the air, at the sight of such a fun new place, left a smile on everyone’s face.
For those who’ve yet to come, here’s a taste just for you…
When you walk through the door, you’ll find yourself in a bright, vibrant space, with pops of color and an ode to the past through whimsy memorabilia from the fifties. You’ll sit at vivid yellow booths and antique diner sets in teal, blue, and red, and pretend to call all your friends on vintage dial phones as you sip on rich coffee and munch on home-baked cookies and bread. You’ll listen to old tunes from ‘45’s‘ playing on the jukebox, relive old memories, and think: “Best quarter ever spent.” Watch an oldie but a goodie in the quirky cozy corner with curvy-n-groovy mid-century chaise, swiveling ottomans, and fun matching carpet, you’ll want to stay and hang.
Everywhere you look there’s a fun, playful vibe with signs and bikes and mementos from the past. No detail spared to “bring cheer to your day.”
