Scott and Diane

Scott and Diane often get asked the question:  “Why did you buy a gas station?”  And that’s a fair question, considering they are both medical professionals who served the local eye community for the past twenty years through the Morledge Family Eye Clinic and Surgery Center.  But they will be quick to tell you they have a good reason for heading into this new adventure:  “We want to continue serving our community by creating a fun, unique gathering place!”

Poly’s Place Coffee quickly became an exciting passion project for the couple,  fulfilling their joint love of staying active, utilizing their creative gifts, and bringing people together.  You can see their personal touches, as well as their love of nostalgia, tradition, and anything mid century modern throughout the coffee shop.

Dr. Scott’s recent degree from MSU-B in Welding and Metal Fabrication Technology especially came in handy as seen by the many artistic metal fabrications throughout.
